Judaism
Judaism is a monotheistic religion centered on the belief in one God who is the national god of the Israelites and the creator of the universe. It is rooted in the teachings of the Torah, which is considered to be the revealed word of God. The religion places a strong emphasis on ethical behavior, community, and the observance of rituals and traditions. Judaism has had a significant influence on Western culture and is one of the three Abrahamic religions, along with Christianity and Islam. It is characterized by its unique blend of law, philosophy, ethics, and mysticism, as well as its rich cultural heritage and history. Practitioners are known as Jews, and there are approximately 14 million Jews worldwide, making it one of the smallest but most influential religions in the world.
