Judaism

Definition of Judaism as it relates to Religions, Agnosticism, Atheism

Judaism under Atheism: Judaism is a monotheistic religion with a rich history, culture, and tradition. It is based on the belief in one God who revealed himself to the Jewish people through the prophets. The religion is centered around the Torah, which contains the laws and teachings given by God to Moses. Judaism emphasizes ethical behavior, social justice, and the importance of community. As a child category to Atheism, Judaism acknowledges the existence of a higher power, but differs in its belief that this power is actively involved in the world and has revealed himself to humanity. This sets it apart from Agnosticism, which holds that the existence of God is unknown or unknowable, and Atheism, which denies the existence of God. Despite these differences, Judaism shares with these parent categories a commitment to questioning and exploring fundamental questions about the nature of reality, ethics, and the human experience.
