Definition of Instructional Design as it relates to Education, Adult Education

They may be involved in various aspects of the instructional design process, such as conducting needs analyses, writing learning objectives, developing storyboards, creating multimedia content, implementing technology tools, and evaluating the impact of the instruction. Instructional Design is essential in both traditional and online education, as well as in adult education, where learners have diverse backgrounds, motivations, and goals. It is a dynamic and interdisciplinary field that requires creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
