Definition of Visual Arts as it relates to Art, Cubism

Visual Arts is an artistic discipline encompassing a broad range of creative practices involving the production and manipulation of visual elements such as color, form, space, texture, and value. It includes various forms and styles, one of which is Cubism, an avant-garde art movement that emerged in the early 20th century, characterized by the fragmentation and simplification of objects into geometric shapes, multiple perspectives, and the interplay of light and shadow. Art, as a broader term, refers to the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, often through visual language, and can encompass various forms such as painting, sculpture, architecture, photography, printmaking, and more.
