Deism
Deism, as it relates to Hinduism, can be described as a belief in a higher power or creator that is not actively involved in the world. This contrasts with the more personal and interactive concept of God found in many other religions. Deist beliefs within Hinduism may emphasize the importance of reason, observation, and natural law in understanding the divine. This perspective aligns with Agnosticism in its questioning of claims about the existence or nature of deities that cannot be proven through evidence or rational inquiry. At the same time, it remains rooted in the broader context of Religions, recognizing the value and significance of spirituality and faith in human life.
