Physical Education
Physical Education refers to a systematic and organized instructional program aimed at developing students' physical competence, health-related fitness, and personal and social responsibility through various sports, games, and other activities. It encompasses both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, with an emphasis on promoting lifelong habits of active living, healthy lifestyle choices, and positive attitudes towards physical activity. Physical Education is a critical component of a well-rounded education, providing students with opportunities to build confidence, develop teamwork and leadership abilities, and cultivate discipline and resilience. It also complements other areas of the curriculum, such as Vocational Education and Student Services, by promoting overall well-being and enhancing academic performance. Ultimately, Physical Education aims to empower students to become physically literate individuals who are capable of making informed decisions about their health and wellness, and contributing to society in meaningful ways.
