Physical Education
Physical Education (PE) refers to a branch of education focused on developing students' physical competence and promoting lifelong healthy habits through engaging in regular exercise, games, and sports. In early childhood education, PE is often introduced in preschool settings where children learn basic movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, and balancing. The goal of PE at this stage is to foster a positive attitude towards physical activity and develop fundamental motor skills that will serve as the foundation for more complex movements in later years. As students progress through their education, PE continues to be an essential component of their holistic development, encouraging social interaction, teamwork, and leadership skills while promoting overall health and well-being.
