Physical Education
Physical Education (PE) is an educational discipline focused on promoting physical activity, fitness, and wellness. It encompasses a variety of activities that aim to develop physical competence, enhance cognitive abilities, foster social skills, and cultivate healthy habits in individuals. PE instruction can occur at different levels, including elementary education, where foundational movement skills are introduced, and vocational education, where specialized training in sports or fitness professions may be provided. At its core, PE is about empowering individuals to lead active, balanced lifestyles through the development of motor skills, knowledge, and positive attitudes towards physical activity.
