Physical Education
Physical Education is an educational discipline focused on promoting physical fitness and well-being through various activities, games, and sports. It encompasses the development of motor skills, knowledge, and understanding of movement concepts, and the promotion of lifelong healthy habits. In a technical education context, physical education can be integrated into vocational programs to teach students about ergonomics, injury prevention, and occupational health and safety. Technical colleges may offer physical education courses or degree programs that prepare individuals for careers in fields such as athletic training, coaching, exercise science, and physical therapy.
