Physical Education
Physical Education (PE) is an educational field focused on promoting physical activity, health, and wellness through structured movement experiences. It encompasses the development of fundamental motor skills, knowledge of movement concepts, and understanding of personal fitness principles. PE often incorporates elements of sport, dance, exercise science, and games to engage students in active learning. In Kindergarten Education, PE might involve introducing basic locomotor and manipulative skills through play-based activities. In Fine Arts Education, it could intersect with movement-oriented art forms such as dance or circus arts. Across all levels of education, PE aims to foster lifelong healthy habits and a positive attitude towards physical activity.
