Cosmology

Cosmology is the study of the origin, evolution, and eventual fate of the universe. It explores the fundamental questions about the nature of space, time, matter, energy, and the laws governing the universe as a whole. Cosmologists use principles from physics, astronomy, and mathematics to develop theories and models that describe the structure and behavior of the cosmos on the largest scales. Topics within cosmology include the Big Bang theory, dark matter, dark energy, cosmic inflation, and the formation of galaxies and large-scale structures.
