Zoroastrian Cosmology
Zoroastrian cosmology is the belief system and understanding of the universe as depicted in the religion of Zoroastrianism. It encompasses the dualistic nature of the universe, with a constant battle between the forces of good (represented by Ahura Mazda) and evil (represented by Angra Mainyu). Zoroastrian cosmology also includes the concept of cosmic order, where the universe is governed by the principles of Asha, or truth and righteousness. Additionally, it involves the belief in the immortality of the soul and the idea of a final judgment where individuals are held accountable for their actions in life. This cosmology plays a central role in shaping the moral and ethical beliefs of followers of Zoroastrianism.
