Surrealism
Futurism is an avant-garde artistic and social movement that originated in Italy in the early 20th century. It emphasized speed, technology, violence, and youth culture, as well as the beauty of the machine and the industrial city. Futurist artists sought to break away from traditional forms of expression and explore new ways of representing the dynamic and chaotic nature of modern life. They often used bold colors, geometric shapes, and fragmented forms to create a sense of movement and energy in their work. Futurism had a significant impact on both Art and Expressionist Art, as well as Abstract Art, influencing the development of Cubism, Constructivism, and other modern art movements.
