Confucianism
Confucianism is a philosophical tradition that originated in ancient China during the lifetime of its founder, Confucius (551-479 BCE). It emphasizes personal and governmental morality, correctness of social relationships, justice and sincerity. Confucianism fits into the hierarchy of "Religions/Deism/Philosophy Of Religions" as a system of thought concerned with the nature of ultimate reality, existence, and the purpose of life. It offers insights on ethics, metaphysics, and epistemology, making it an essential branch in the study of philosophy of religions. Confucianism provides a unique perspective on religious ideas, beliefs, practices, and experiences, setting it apart from deism, but still relevant to its broader category of philosophy of religions.
