Jainism
Definition of Jainism as it relates to Religions, Agnosticism, Taoism
Jainism emphasizes the pursuit of spirituality through disciplined non-violence and renunciation, with the ultimate goal of achieving liberation of the soul from the cycle of rebirth. It shares Taoist ideas of balance, harmony, and living in accordance with the natural world, but with a focus on asceticism and self-control rather than passive acceptance. Jainism also aligns with Religions in its belief in a higher power or ultimate reality, while intersecting with Agnosticism by not specifying a personal deity and encouraging individual investigation of truth.
