Religious Studies
Religious Studies encompasses the systematic analysis and exploration of various religious beliefs, practices, texts, artifacts, institutions, and experiences from an academic perspective. It is concerned with understanding how religions have evolved over time, their impact on society, culture, ethics, and individual behavior, as well as their relationship with other disciplines such as philosophy, anthropology, history, sociology, literature, and psychology. Religious Education falls under this broader category, focusing specifically on the pedagogical aspects of teaching and learning about religions in formal and non-formal educational settings. Human Resource Development can also be related to Religious Studies when it involves training employees or volunteers in religious organizations, developing their knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards religion, and promoting spiritual growth and ethical conduct in the workplace.
