Elementary Education
Elementary Education encompasses the initial stage of formal schooling, typically beginning at age five or six and continuing through to around age eleven or twelve. This phase of education is foundational in nature, focusing on building basic literacy and numeracy skills, as well as fostering social and emotional development. It serves as the foundation for all future learning, setting the stage for a child's academic and personal growth. Religious Education may be integrated into Elementary Education, depending on the school or district, with the aim of teaching children about various religions and spiritual beliefs in an age-appropriate manner. Overall, Elementary Education is a critical period of intellectual, social, emotional, and moral development for young learners.
