Elementary Education
Elementary Education encompasses the foundational academic and social instruction provided to children typically between the ages of five and eleven, covering kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade. It is characterized by a comprehensive curriculum that includes language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education, and the arts. The Mathematics Education component specifically focuses on building a strong foundation in basic mathematical concepts and skills such as number sense, operations, algebraic thinking, geometry, measurement, and data analysis. Preschool, an early childhood education program that serves children from birth to age five, lays the groundwork for elementary education by promoting socialization, literacy development, and school readiness through play-based learning experiences. Elementary Education builds on these early learning experiences, fostering critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, and collaboration skills essential for future academic success and lifelong learning.
