Organizational Behavior (OB) refers to the study and application of knowledge about how individuals, groups and structures influence behavior within organizations. It encompasses various aspects such as communication, leadership, motivation, team dynamics, organizational culture, decision making and change management. Its primary focus is on understanding, predicting and managing human behavior in an organizational context to improve individual and group performance, job satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness. In essence, OB examines the relationship between people, their work environment, and the organization's goals to create a harmonious and productive workplace.
