Environmental Education: A discipline concerned with exploring the complex interrelationships between humans and their natural surroundings, promoting awareness, understanding, and stewardship of the environment through formal and non-formal educational approaches. It encompasses teaching methods that foster critical thinking and problem solving skills to address environmental challenges, often incorporating aspects of language education, academic degrees in related fields, and interdisciplinary perspectives.
