Stakeholder engagement involves identifying key stakeholders, understanding their interests and perspectives, communicating openly and transparently, and working together to achieve shared goals. It requires a long-term commitment to building relationships based on trust, respect, and mutual benefit. Ultimately, stakeholder engagement is about creating a shared sense of ownership and responsibility for the success of the organization and its stakeholders.
