Spirituality, as part of Practices within Shintoism and Religions, represents the personal quest for understanding, transcendence, and connection with the divine or ultimate reality. It encompasses various forms of meditation, prayer, contemplation, and rituals that foster individual spiritual growth and awareness. It is a journey inward, an exploration of one's inner world, and a pursuit of meaning and purpose beyond the physical realm.
