Multicultural Education: A pedagogical approach that values, affirms, and incorporates the cultural identities and experiences of students from diverse backgrounds into all aspects of education. It recognizes and challenges biases, power dynamics, and systemic inequalities to promote social justice, equity, and inclusivity. Multicultural Education encompasses curriculum development, teaching strategies, and institutional policies that respect, reflect, and respond to the multifaceted realities of a globalized world. It is an essential component of General Education, Special Education, Primary Education, and all levels of education.
