Educational Technology in the context of Home Economics Teacher Education refers to the practical application of technological tools and resources in teaching and learning within home economics education. It encompasses the design, development, utilization, management, and evaluation of technology-enhanced learning environments that foster critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills among students. This includes but is not limited to digital media, multimedia presentations, virtual labs, online simulations, e-learning platforms, mobile applications, and other emerging technologies that support home economics education.
