American League East
The American League East is a division within the American League of Major League Baseball. It consists of five teams located in the eastern region of the United States: the Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Rays, and Toronto Blue Jays. Each team plays a 162-game schedule, with 19 games against each of the other four teams in their division. The team with the best record at the end of the season is crowned the division champion and advances to the postseason. The American League East has a rich history, with several teams having won multiple World Series championships. Its teams are known for producing some of the game's greatest players and most memorable moments, making it one of the most exciting divisions in baseball.
