Climate Science
Climate science is the study of how Earth's climate has changed over time and how it may change in the future due to natural and human-induced factors. As a discipline, it intersects with various fields within biology, such as ecology and evolution, as well as other sciences like physics and chemistry. In this context, climate science can be understood as the branch of biology that examines the impacts of climate change on living organisms and ecosystems, including how species adapt to changing conditions and the consequences of these changes for biodiversity and ecological balance. By exploring the complex relationships between climate, atmosphere, oceans, and terrestrial systems, climate science helps us better understand the natural world and our role within it.
