Business Ethics
Workforce Diversity refers to the variety of differences between people in an organization, including but not limited to race, gender, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, education, and socio-economic status. It encompasses the various dimensions of human similarities and differences that can be found in any group or organization. The concept recognizes that each individual is unique and brings a distinct perspective, skills, and experiences to the workplace, which can contribute to a more innovative and productive work environment. Workforce diversity also includes creating an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to participate and contribute to their full potential.
