Business Ethics
Business Administration is an academic discipline focused on managing various aspects of a business, including planning, organizing, directing and controlling. It encompasses all areas of a company such as marketing, finance, human resources, operations and international business. This field equips students with the skills necessary to lead organizations by teaching them about strategic decision making, communication, leadership, ethics, and other critical business functions. Students gain an understanding of how businesses operate in a global context through the study of International Business and International Marketing Management. This category is not just limited to private sector companies but also includes non-profit organizations and government agencies. The goal of Business Administration education is to prepare students for successful careers in management, whether they choose to work in a large corporation, small business, or start their own venture.
