OB draws from various disciplines such as psychology, sociology, anthropology, and economics to explain and influence behavior at work. It encompasses topics such as leadership, motivation, communication, decision-making, diversity, conflict, change, culture, structure, systems, design, ethics, and social responsibility. OB aims to improve individual, group, and organizational effectiveness by enhancing job satisfaction, productivity, innovation, learning, adaptability, and well-being.
