Zoroaster
Zoroaster, also known as Zarathustra, is an ancient Iranian prophet and the founder of Zoroastrianism, one of the world's oldest monotheistic religions. He is believed to have lived in the 6th century BCE in what is now modern-day Iran. In Zoroastrianism, God, known as Ahura Mazda, is the supreme being and creator of the universe. Zoroaster taught that Ahura Mazda is all-knowing, all-powerful, and eternal, and that humans must choose between good (represented by Asha) and evil (represented by Druj) in order to fulfill their purpose in life. The teachings of Zoroaster had a significant influence on the development of monotheistic religions such as Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
