Natural Theology
Natural Theology is the branch of philosophy that explores the existence and nature of God through reason and observation of the natural world, rather than through revelation or religious texts. It involves using empirical evidence to support arguments for the existence of God, and often intersects with fields such as cosmology, physics, and biology. Natural Theology is closely related to Deism, which posits the existence of a non-intervening creator based on reason and observation of the natural world, but it can also be applied more broadly to religious thought. In the hierarchy of Religions/Deism/Philosophy Of Religions, Natural Theology represents a specific approach to understanding the divine that is rooted in reason and empirical evidence, rather than faith or scripture.
