Upanishads
The Upanishads are ancient Hindu scriptures that form the basis of Indian spirituality and philosophy. They are considered to be the final part of the Vedas, the oldest sacred texts of Hinduism, and are primarily concerned with exploring metaphysical questions about the nature of reality, the self, and the universe. The Upanishads contain dialogues between sages and students, and offer insights into the nature of Brahman, the ultimate reality that underlies all existence. They also discuss the concept of Atman, or the individual soul, and its relationship to Brahman. The Upanishads are revered as authoritative texts by Hindus, and have had a profound influence on Indian thought, culture, and spirituality.
