Womens High Jump

Women's high jump is a track and field event where female athletes compete to jump over a horizontal bar placed at various heights without knocking it down. The goal is to clear the bar without knocking it off its supports, using a combination of speed, strength, and technique to achieve maximum height. The athlete must take off from one foot and arch their body over the bar, landing on a cushioned mat on the other side. The winner is determined by the highest successful jump cleared.
