Waterbuck
Waterbuck is a large antelope species found in sub-Saharan Africa. They are known for their shaggy gray-brown fur, white markings on their face and throat, and long, spiral horns that curve backward. Waterbucks are typically found near water sources such as rivers and lakes, as they rely on these for both drinking and escaping predators. They are herbivores, feeding on grasses and aquatic plants. Adult males are larger than females and are typically more territorial, marking their territory with scent glands located on their face.
