Salah

Salah, also known as Salat, is the Islamic practice of ritual prayer performed by Muslims five times a day. It is a form of worship and communication with Allah, consisting of specific movements, recitations, and supplications. Salah is considered one of the Five Pillars of Islam and is mandatory for all adult Muslims who are physically and mentally capable. The prayers are performed facing the Kaaba in Mecca, with each prayer session lasting a few minutes and incorporating physical postures such as standing, bowing, and prostrating. Salah serves as a way to maintain spiritual discipline, seek forgiveness, and strengthen one's relationship with Allah.
