Protected Lands
Protected Lands refer to areas of land that have been designated and preserved for the conservation and protection of natural resources, wildlife, ecosystems, and cultural heritage. These lands are typically managed by government agencies or non-profit organizations to ensure their long-term sustainability and to prevent development or exploitation that could harm the environment. Protected Lands can include national parks, wildlife refuges, marine sanctuaries, wilderness areas, and other designated conservation areas. These areas provide important habitat for a wide variety of plant and animal species, as well as opportunities for outdoor recreation and education.
