Old World Monkeys
Old World Monkeys are a group of primates that are native to Africa and Asia. They are characterized by their downward-facing nostrils, unlike their New World counterparts. Old World Monkeys have tails, but some species have very short or even non-existent tails. They are known for their diverse diets, which can include fruits, leaves, seeds, insects, and even small animals. Old World Monkeys are highly social animals, living in groups known as troops, and they have complex social structures. Some well-known species of Old World Monkeys include baboons, macaques, and colobus monkeys.
