Maternal Health
Maternal health refers to the overall well-being and medical care provided to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. This includes ensuring access to prenatal care, monitoring the health of both the mother and baby throughout pregnancy, and providing support during labor and delivery. Maternal health also involves addressing any complications that may arise during pregnancy or childbirth, as well as promoting healthy behaviors and practices to improve outcomes for both the mother and child.
