Kaizen Events
Kaizen Events involve focused, short-term projects aimed at improving specific processes or systems within an organization. These events typically last a few days to a few weeks and involve a cross-functional team working together to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the impact of their efforts. The goal of Kaizen Events is to make incremental but significant changes that lead to continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
