Home Runs

A home run in baseball is a hit that allows the batter to circle all the bases and score a run in one play, without the defense being able to make an out. It is typically achieved by hitting the ball over the outfield fence, although inside-the-park home runs are also possible if the batter is able to run all the bases before the defense can retrieve the ball. Home runs are one of the most exciting plays in baseball and are often accompanied by cheers and celebration from fans and teammates.
