Global Health Security
Global Health Security refers to the initiatives and measures taken to protect the health of populations worldwide from threats such as infectious diseases, bioterrorism, and other public health emergencies. It encompasses efforts to prevent, detect, and respond to these threats, with a focus on strengthening health systems and building capacity in low- and middle-income countries. Global Health Security is closely linked to the concept of "Health for All," which aims to ensure that all people have access to quality healthcare services regardless of their income or location. It also involves collaboration and coordination between governments, international organizations, civil society groups, and the private sector to address transnational health challenges and promote global health equity.
