Differentiated Instruction: A teaching approach that tailors instruction, assignments, and assessments to meet individual students' needs, learning styles, interests, and readiness levels in order to maximize their academic growth and engagement within the educational context of Education, Special Education, English Education, and beyond. This practice recognizes that students possess unique strengths and challenges, and thus requires educators to strategically adapt content, process, product, affect, and learning environment dimensions in response. Differentiated Instruction encompasses a range of instructional models, methods, and strategies, fostering an inclusive, equitable, and student-centered learning experience for all students.
