Primary Education
Primary Education refers to the initial stage of formal education, typically encompassing the first six years of schooling, starting at age five or six, and culminating around age eleven or twelve. It is designed to provide students with fundamental academic skills such as reading, writing, and arithmetic, as well as an introduction to a broad range of subjects including science, social studies, art, music, physical education, and home economics. Primary Education also fosters the development of social skills, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking abilities, thereby preparing students for their future educational journey and contributing to their overall growth and development. Environmental Education is often incorporated into primary education curricula to promote sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of preserving natural resources.
