Environmental public relations falls under this category as well, given that companies must communicate their environmental impact and initiatives in order to maintain good standing with stakeholders and comply with regulations. Overall, corporate governance is about ensuring transparency, accountability, fairness and responsibility in the management of a corporation for long-term success and sustainability.
