Corporate Social Responsibility
Communication, in an organizational context, refers to the exchange of information between individuals or groups within an organization. It encompasses both verbal and non-verbal interactions, as well as written forms of communication such as emails and reports. Effective communication is critical for fostering a positive work environment, facilitating decision making, and ensuring that all members of the organization are on the same page. This includes not only clearly conveying one's own thoughts and ideas, but also actively listening to and understanding the perspectives of others. In the fields of business and organizational behavior, communication is often studied in terms of its impact on group dynamics, leadership, and overall organizational performance. From an organizational design perspective, effective communication systems are seen as essential for aligning the actions and goals of different departments and teams within the organization.
