Definition of Business Communication as it relates to Business, Public Relations, Business Intelligence

Business Analysis is the process of identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. It involves understanding the organization's goals, objectives and strategies; analyzing the current state of the business and its processes; gathering and documenting requirements; evaluating potential solutions; and recommending a course of action to improve business performance. Public Relations is a subset of Business Analysis that focuses on managing the organization's reputation and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders. Business Intelligence is another subset of Business Analysis that deals with data analysis, reporting and decision making. It involves collecting, storing, processing and analyzing data from various sources to support business decision-making. Business Analysis as a whole encompasses all these aspects and more, it's the bridge between IT and business, it helps organizations to align their IT investments with their business goals and objectives, it also helps organizations to improve their processes, products and services, and increase their overall efficiency and effectiveness.
