OD encompasses project management, which is a structured approach to planning, executing, and monitoring specific projects within an organization, as well as the establishment and operation of a Project Management Office (PMO) to provide centralized support and governance for all project-related activities. The ultimate goal of OD is to create a high-performing, adaptable, and sustainable organization that can respond effectively to changing market conditions and competitive pressures.
