Human Resource Development
Financial Management refers to the strategic planning, organizing, directing and controlling of financial activities within an organization. It involves managing the organization's finances to achieve its goals and objectives while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Financial management is a critical component of business operations, as it ensures that the organization has sufficient resources to meet its obligations and invest in growth opportunities. It encompasses budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and investment analysis, among other functions. Effective financial management requires a deep understanding of finance principles and practices, as well as strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders. It is closely related to human resource management in that it requires the allocation of resources to support the organization's workforce and talent management strategies.
