Epistemology
Epistemology is the branch of philosophy that deals with the nature of knowledge, its scope, and its limitations. It explores questions related to how knowledge is acquired, what constitutes knowledge, and how we can distinguish between justified beliefs and mere opinions. Epistemology also investigates the ways in which beliefs are formed, evaluated, and justified, as well as the relationship between knowledge, truth, and belief. Ultimately, epistemology seeks to understand the nature of knowledge and the processes by which we come to know and understand the world around us.
