Attached Storage
Attached storage refers to any type of storage device that is directly connected to a computer or server for the purpose of expanding storage capacity or backup. This includes external hard drives, USB flash drives, network attached storage (NAS) devices, and solid state drives (SSD) that are physically connected to the computer via USB, Thunderbolt, eSATA, or other connection methods. These devices provide additional storage space and can be easily accessed by the computer for storing and retrieving data.
